Privacy Policy

Fieldstone Data LLC, doing business as Kelvo · Effective September 9, 2026

The short version

Free. No login. If you ask for a free report, Kelvo collects what it needs to send it to you. Kelvo does not sell personal information.

What we collect, and when

What Kelvo does not do

Who else sees it

Report requests are stored in a Google Sheet owned by Kelvo and reports are sent by email through our email provider. Those services process the data on our behalf and under their own security terms; they do not get to use it for themselves. We may share information if the law requires it.

Aggregate information

We may use information that cannot identify anyone — for example, how many people compared two particular careers, or which states are asked about most — to understand demand and to improve Kelvo. Nothing in this section ever includes a name, an email address or any other detail that points to a person.

Where the numbers come from

The figures on Kelvo are published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Labor's O*NET program. They are public data about occupations and schools, not data about you.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes to what we collect will be described here, not buried.
